Brass Buddy is situated in Potchefstroom, North-West. We distribute our popular products Nationally in South Africa and mainly use Courier Guy for deliveries.
Please note that the shipping cost will be additionally added to your checkout cart for purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Brass Buddy accepts returns and replacements of the damaged products based on manufacturing reasons for a full replacement within the first 7 days after the original purchase. User caused damaged will not be replaced.
When inquiring about a replacement, please use your Invoice number as reference.
